What Does the following ultrasonography Report Indicate?
Hi doctor my wife is feeling a pain in lower right abdomen then we have consult to the doctor, the doctor consult to us Pls. do the ULTRA SONOGRAPHY. After dong the UTRASONOGRAPHY the doctor the report. Report inference given below:-
Inference:- Slightly bulky uterus, “T.O. MASS RT ADENEXA & LT NORMAL”
The say T.O. MASS RT ADNEXA IS slightly bigger than Left.
Pls. specify what is the “T.O. MASS RT ADNEXA” does it is the serious problem, does it is cure by medicine or it is the surgical problem. Pls. Pls. -------- specify me.
My doctor has prescribed following medicine for my wife:-
1- Nimesulide- Nise 100 mg. 9 Tab for three days
2- Bidanzen Forte 9 Tab for three days.
3- Azitromycin IP 500 mg. Antibiotic for five days one tab daily.
Pls. tell me it the right Medicine for my wife. After taking thease doses my wife is feeling well.

1.The report suggest tubal - ovarian mass lesion in the right adnexa.
2.As the mass has not describes as any suspicion we can think in terms of benign entity.
3.The confirmatory for the nature of the lesion will be BIOPSY from the lesion.
4.In this case you need to get a followup scan after treatment as doctor suspect ion some infective aetiology.
5.In this case if money is not an issue MRI will be good tool to delineate the pelvis well anatomically and extensions of the lesion and its source ( more informative) however confirmed with BIOPSY.
6.Uterus is bulky - possibly due to inflammatory process. Good luck.
